Tone arm is now detached
The tone arm is now detached from the cardanic joint. Again treat the assembly with care. The dots in the weight now become visible. You can see to old wires (the two copper wires) coming out of the aluminium shaft at the bottom of the shaft. The third wire connected to the cardanic joint is the ground wire and grounds the complete tonearm. You have to connect a new black tonearm grounding to this connection.
